Perfect location with plenty of car parking close to town and our area of interest; our room was renovated and top-notch equipped, suitable for older occupants on the ground floor near the exit door, we could not ask for more. However, breakfast options are weak and could need improvements, especially the narrow window of dining area entrance and the timings window of 2hours only; gotta wake-up running to eat!

A solid place to stay
Hotel was very clean and quiet. Staff were friendly. It’s not a fancy hotel but was a good place to stay. Walking distance to the downtown core.

We were frustrated after arriving at the front desk -- went to take the elevator and it was an attendant needed to operate device. The desk clerk did come and unlock the door and let us in. The instructions were clear and we proceeded to punch the operate button. When we reached the second floor the door would not open. We tried the button again but the door still did not open. We then went back down -- the door would not open. After hitting the alarm several times, the light went out. I finally used my car keys to tap on the window to try and alert someone that we were stuck in the elevator. After some time the desk clerk came and let us out. He offered to take us up but we preferred the stairs. Unfortunate.

The staff was completely rude upon pur arrival. The room was ready but he said qe couldnt go in as qe would have to pay extea for early check-in. We travelled over 2 hours with our children to get there and he wanted us to wait. The pool had zero circulation and was causing us all to cough. When we opened the door the staff told us to close it because the smell was filling the lobby. It also said heated pool, but only the room itself was heated. Overall, we would not stay there again. The breakfast was okay. The room was spacious enough for the 6 of us, and that is my only positive comment.

This hotel is clean and the staff was very friendly! Free breakfast was very good - not the typical coffee and muffins. They serve hot foods such as scrambled eggs and fresh waffles. Hotel is located very close to Pelee Island and National Park.

The motel was priced fairly for those on a budget. The facility/room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would stay here again. (Sidenote: this motel does not have an elevator for general use. Individuals with special needs should ask for a first floor room.)
