Safe and reliable place to stay
we come to the area at least once a year to visit our son who is a student at Oregon State. I would definitely stay here again as the property was safe, clean and the breakfast was excellent.

This property Management of this property needs to have more than one person on duty. Waited at the check in desk for ten minutes before anyone showed up. Was earlier put on hold for nearly 9 minutes finally hung up.

Although the hotel is directly adjacent to Interstate 5 the rooms are quiet. Free parking, welcoming staff, easy to get to - overall great stay.

The staff were great but the room we stayed in had a rather unpleasant smell to it. The room itself was average but it did need a few upgrades. The toilet seat was extremely flimsy and towels rather thin. I ended up buying an air freshener and had to spray it whenever we were in the room. Even though we really didn’t eat at the complimentary breakfast it did look very nice. They did have cookies in the entrance and coffee which was a very nice surprise.

The stay was good, beds were clean, floors were clean, pool was nice although hot tub was broken. The first nights staff was really friendly and so was the day staff. My father in law had issues making a reservatuon of his own as one of the toilets was not working and the staff was rude to him when he brought it up so he left to stay elsewhere. I was double charged for my stay and am currently waiting to see of one of the pending charges falls away or if i will have to call and have them fix it or not. The showers were clean and well stocked but the door to the bathroom had chipped and cracked paint. There was dirt from many people built up around the door frames, they were no longer white and looked like they had not been scrubbed well. The weather seal around the door was cracked and falling apart. The heater/AC unit kept me from sleeping well because it sounded like it was working triple time to even try to do anything and being hearing impaired even sleeping on my good ear did not bring me rest. I think the only reason my kids slept through it was they were tired. The breakfast they offer is decent. It was a decent trip but we definitely spent more time out of our room than in it. If necessary i would stay again but would not be my first choice. Its budget friendly but you definitely get what you pay for with this one.

Not so Quality or Sweet
Nothing was quality or sweet about our stay. The only thing acceptable was the staff and the hot water. The carpet was torn, smelled like pets, A/C smelled like cat pee, TV didn't work, ice maker didn't work, beds were uncomfortable, bathroom was too small to close the door unless you stood between the toilet and tub. My first clue should have been that my room was in the basement.... I will not be staying here again and I will tell anyone who asks about our experience.

Clean, great breakfast, comfortable beds, suoer water pressure. On the downside not much insulation apparently really noisy overhead and could hear when someone took a shower
