In Legian, with Seminyak and Kuta in walking distance. Lots of nice places to eat. Massages were really good. Beach was clean and lots of different places to grab a drink and a beanbag as you watch the sea and people going by!

Very clean modern rooms,a 20 minute walk to Padma Street and Melasti where there are good restaurants.Only issue was the musiv from the bar across the road that went to midnight but you got used to it.I would stay there again.

Second time here. We cone back cos of the kids club. Its small and my daughter loves thst its almost always 1 on 1. Rooms are ok Air conditioning is always an issue just doesnt seem to get cold. Went in raining season and the water had some issues it went black and couldnt shower for the whole morning but not really rheir fault. We would stay again. They are happy to change if we are not happy woth the airconditioner.

Absolutely loved our stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating. Very central location for beach, shops, bars etc. would definitely recommend and stay there again

Far too many steps. If you have mobility issues not the best place to Pool area packed space for lounges. Bathroom could do with attention.stay.

Every single staff member we encountered in our 2 week stay was fabulous. The staff are friendly, approachable and eager to please. Unfortunately even though the hotel is advertised as non smoking, if you smoke they don’t stop you. Also they allow public access via the beach club and it’s fairly small pool. Other properties do as well but limit access when they are full. The hotel was full and they allowed a group of 14 to come and use the pool in hopes they’d purchase food. Not cool as we guests around the pool were splashed, had to put up with the noise on an otherwise quiet afternoon and this group was full of foul language. We had to vacate the area. I reported this issue to management and they offered a $3.00 voucher for a beer to compensate for the inconvenience caused even though their pool rules sign clearly states the hotel pool is for exclusive use by guests.

The rooms up close to the foyer can be unbearably loud from very loud music from venues across the street till very late at night. Also asked for late checkout due to flights delayed and it was not available
