Looks & feels Balinese. Great location right on the beach. Rooms are always very clean & comfortable and gardens are delightful. Staff are exceptionally friendly & helpful. Both pools are always well maintained and plenty of shade.

For the price, we would have liked a little better room. The room was very bare and had cobwebs in places. The tub plug was broken and the room just wasn’t as clean as you would expect from a resort. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was overpriced for the offerings though. The on site spa was well worth it though.

We arrived and got a Queen bed when we asked for twin beds in our reservation, so they changed our room to a room near the road, all night long we heard traffic, the aircon was dicky and noisy, the toilet leaked and the shower leaked, then we opened the curtains, and our view was the rubbish tip. The TV was all Indonesian, and we had no access to Movies, News etc, because they had a problem with the internet, but did nothing about it. Then when i bought this to their attention upon our departure, they said Oh we are sorry . We paid $250.00 per night to stay in the worst Hotel we have ever stayed in 30 years of travelling to Bali. Please do not book this hotel, its terrible.

I would definitely recommend staying in a bungalow or Vila as the other rooms are a fair walk to the pool/breakfast. The rooms at the back are clean and spacious however, very loud from wed-sun with pubs behind on garlic lane.

The Legian Beach hotel is a fabulous option for those who want to be near excellent shopping, dining options (very affordable we paid around $20-$25 most nights) and a beautiful surf beach. It is a little noisy with traffic noise but the inner villas wouldn’t be affected by this. The staff and service were outstanding and the breakfast buffet was exceptional (too many options to choose from even banana fritters). I would definitely stay here again but try for a villa away from the perimeter.

The room we stayed in was quite dated, though we did receive an upgrade. Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby road was unbearable, and our sleep was disrupted for two nights. Communication through Hotels.com was also disappointing, with delayed responses that didn’t address our concerns by the time we received them. We requested a room change at reception but were told it wasn’t possible. Sadly, we won’t be returning, which is unfortunate as we really liked the location. This is the first time I’ve felt compelled to leave negative feedback—sorry to say.
