This hotel was one of the most unpleasant stays ever. First, internet was awful. But could survive with out it. Second, bathtub drainage.. it would not drain until you get out of the shower after 10 minutes. I didn’t call it in only took pictures because it has happened I. The past at other hotel and never has it been fixed. The light fixture in the bathroom was coming down safety hazard you could clearly see all the plumbing and the red bricks. Third, we had breakfast at the restaurant and the food cold. We said someone and they said that we can wait until the they made another amount of buffet food came out we could wait but we were on a time crunch. They didn’t offer anything. The worst thing was on the second day of our stay was that we went up to the room and the key didn’t work. We went back down to left the front desk to reprogram it. Front desk person Waldorf up with us and tried the door and brought the master key. It didn’t work. They another person came up with a wire. She said they would open the door with that. After maybe 20-30 minutes after revenida the wire adjusting the length she was able to pulled the lever. We were able to go in the room and said the key would be ready in The morning. We had a very early start. We stopped by the lobby and they said that the person that reprograms the key comes in later. We left an came back around 8pm. Stopped at the front lobby and asked for our key they said it wasn’t ready and would opened it again with the same wire.

Needs a remodel rooms are spacious but outdated . Pluming doesn’t work water leaks in restrooms and no water pressure. For the price it’s ok

The hotel on the outside is excellent, the hotel manager is very nice but the rooms lack a lot of maintenance. The curtains were all broken, the bathroom tub was blocked, the maids did not clean the rooms well, the towels smelled bad The person in charge of the cafeteria is very rude

The rooms were extremely dirty, the water was turned off, some of the staff were rude, the room smelled horrible, the carpets were never cleaned in probably ten years, and there were bugs in the room as well. Not a good place to stay at.

It's a very old property, with a nice lobby. However, it was very dirty, smelled bad, moldy bathroom, carpeting had a mildew smell. They cleaned the hotel however they didn't clean and maintain the building itself. Needs lots of updating and upgrading
