When the gentleman at the front counter realized I had my elderly mother and aunt with me he changed our room to one on the ground floor. Was very good of him and I really appreciated the gesture.

The rooms were quite small, the beds were old and not very comfortable and the bathroom fan and light are on the same switch which can be annoying if the light is on. The hotel was quiet at night though!

Disappointing Stay – Unprofessional Staff & Misleading Amenities My recent stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Lethbridge was frustrating from start to finish. Pre-Check-In Hassle Before I even arrived, I was bombarded with calls from the hotel demanding I complete the online pre-check-in. I explained that I was traveling through an area with poor cell service, but the calls persisted, making me feel pressured and uncomfortable. Rude Customer Service When I did manage to complete the pre-check-in, none of my credit cards were accepted, so I used my partner’s card. The front desk immediately called back, rudely insisting that I couldn't use his card since the booking was in my name. Despite explaining the situation, they threatened to cancel my stay unless my partner was physically with me, which he was. The entire exchange felt hostile and unprofessional. Room Was Not As Advertised The room was old, outdated, and nothing like the photos shown online. It had worn-out furniture, and the bathroom was in poor condition. This felt misleading compared to what was advertised. Broken Amenities The pool and hot tub were out of service, and this wasn’t mentioned at check-in. I was even told to enjoy them, only to find out they had been down for days. This was very disappointing as these amenities were a key reason for booking. Overall I expected much better from a Wyndham property, and unfortunately, the experience fell far short. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel needs some major update, there were a few issues. The hot jets was out of service, the first night stay the hot tub was hot was just warm, our 2nd night last night hot tub was hot. The pool was chilly not pleased with it. The breakfast was good but they didn’t have any fruit. You can tell that they are trying to cut cost with different things around the hotel. We will not stay there again.

Noticeable that facility used to be gorgeous, and the pool area was nice and clean but it feels and looks under utilized as a reputable facility now. The breakfast area had a lot of flies as well. The mural over the pool area is beautiful but peeling badly. These things add to a place when kept well, but take away when ignored.

It was extremely noisy and the water kept going cold and hot in the shower and there was no shampoo. I would never stay again. Was definitely not worth the price I paid.

I have to say overall my stay was pretty good. I read some not so favorable reviews but overall was happy with the cleanliness. It was my biggest worry and turned out to be a non issue. Breakfast was good. They had bacon, eggs, cereal, bagels and waffles Yogurts and oatmeal. It's only from 6:00 to 9: 00. Would have liked to seen it. Been open till 10:00 but overall pretty. Pool was good. Water slide was good. Hot tub was so so. Jets did not work and by reading reviews it's been that way for a while. Was still hot the one day but so the second. They said their were issues with the boiler. Whole point of getting room was the pool and water slide and hot tub. So hopefully that gets fixed. Was on bottom floor and you could really hear every step when people were walking above. Wasn't an issue for us but might be for some people. Overall would stay there again. Not the newest place but also not paying for that either.

You get what you pay for.
Quaint little motel. We didn't pay much, and we didn't get much. The room was small and cramped, 2 double beds for 4 people. We booked on-line, so i don't know if that made a difference on the room size. The shower curtain was ripped, no outside window, couldn't get the window that was facing the pool to open, couldn't figure out the fan/temperature so it was hot and mugging all night. The staff were friendly and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Pool was nice, clean, and my grandson had a blast on the winding water slide. Free breakfast was good, would have been nice to make our own waffles so that they would have been hot. Was nice that the owner and staff ate their Indian food in a staff room as some customers find the aroma quite strong. All in all, the stay was pleasant but next time I think I'll spend a bit more and find a hotel with a larger room.

Check in was friendly, efficient and staff helpful. There was a continental breakfast free with the room which was appreciated. Property a little dated and alot of flies in the dining room, but it is the season. Maybe more santizing and garbage removal more often would minimize that.
