Hotel maravilhoso, muito acolhedor, o proprietário e toda a equipe são muito atenciosos, educados e prestativos, o café da manhã é muito bom e a localização é o ponto forte, quartos e roupas de cama muito limpos. Voltaremos com certeza.

Everything was good. Excellent service in the breakfast, the servers were amazing and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety, and the hotel in general was very elegant and nice. The smell in the hotel with the candles and the candy station was so nice and sweet for the season. The only thing I found is that some of the staff at the reception were kind of rude sometimes and sarcastic, but only some of the team the other part was amazing and very polite and helpful during check out.

The sauna was amazing as was the concierge service.

Location and walkable areas

Our experience at the hotel was excellent. The front desk staff was very helpful—when we had trouble charging our EV in the car park, he came downstairs with us and manually fixed the issue. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to get two nights of good sleep.

Everything at the hotel was great. The staff was helpful. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. There were even friuts and other foods in the lobby for guests. My only complaint is that we should have had more signage in the Brussels Airport directing us on how to get to check-in.
