I was a bit disappointed when the desk personnel told me to comeback 1030 am and it was 8:30 at that time, because my rebooking is not in their system yet, that it takes at least an hour to reflect. I came from night shift work and i extended my stay for another 3 nights. I though everything is automated now a days! How come Ballys system is not?

Very clean, very large rooms, furniture and rooms are very outdated - very outdated. Beds are not so comfy. The fact that you have access to the casino, restaurants outweighs the timed and dated rooms for those who are gambling I am sure but I was here on business and wanted to experience the property. I would return if the price was right.
