Very good
We stayed 2 nights at Comfort Inn & Suites while in a quick getaway. The Hotel was very good & the lobby was nice. Our room was excellent. The breakfast was ok but the restaurant staff (1 lady) was excellent & very friendly & accomodating. We did not use the pool. We had a great time!!

We stayed here for 3 days while in town for some Christmas shopping and visit to the Ark Encounter. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our room was quite large for our five person family, two bed and a very nice pull out. Breakfast was hot and refilled often. The pool and hot tub were a highlight. There was a brief water main issue but was resolved within a couple hours and we weren't affected.

The hot water in the bathroom sink was almost non-existent. The shower was good though. The bed was not great. It needs the mattress turn around and over to distribute the sink spots. The breakfast daily is very good. Great biscuits and gravy plus juice, fruit and waffles. Lots to choose from to eat & drink.

I had a great experience. I traveled with me pet and was given a pet friendly room. I expected to see remnants or evidence of previous pets, however there were none. The room was very clean and the management were accommodating and friendly.

This is a beautiful hotel. The room was spotless and the beds really clean and comfortable. They had a hot breakfast buffet with lots of delicious options. Word of caution, book your room weeks ahead. The price of the room doubled over a week’s time.

Breakfast ends to early (9am) queen beds need to be replaced. To soft squishy bouncy bad on a bad back. Room was clean. Nice to have a sofa to watch a tv show. Good desk for some work.
