Good choice for the price (despite some issues)
I stayed here previously, and was satisfied other than the hot tub being out. This time I was surprised that the pool was out as well as the elevators! Wish I had known that as I was on second floor, and have bad knees. Will have to do deeper research next time.

My husband was very aware of a mechanical noise from the hot water heater in the room next to us (first floor accessible room) that thumped every few minutes all night long. We will ask not to be placed in that room from now on.

We needed a quiet place for a friend who was recovering from a hospital stay. We enjoyed almost a week of hospitality. Hot breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Helpful staff including Meredith (GM) and Jaz, The place was mostly quiet, we slept well. I would recommend this hotel for travelers.

A good place to stay when we travele from MN to TN. Breakfast among the best of any hotel we’ve stayed at. Rooms are starting to show their age. We had wallpaper peeling in the bathroom and the carpet was worn. Pillows were not the usual Hampton Inn quality.

Nice location
The staff was exceptionally friendly. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Our room was quiet and clean. The only low mark I included was the bathroom — it was in need of an update. There were areas of rust and wear.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn. Meredith (GM) and Jaz were so helpful when we decided to stay a few more days. Hot breakfast is good. Room was clean and spacious. It was quiet in the hallways, room was quiet except for one night when people above up kept their shoes on and walked around until the wee hours of the morning. I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel.

The staff was great. The room very well appointed and bed very comfortable. The complementary breakfast was delicious. The convenience of location was awesome. Our favorite restaurant Destihl was across the parking lot. Why only 3 stars? The carpet deodorizing powder!! Unfortunately many hotels compensate not the newest of carpeting by over spraying the carpets with perfumed products. The smell is overpowering and ultimately unpleasant. I woke up in the middle of the night and my nostrils were clogged! It was the only downer, but a serious one. I will continue to look for locations that lay off the perfumed carpet deodorizing products!!

The room had all the amenities. Clean and comfortable. The only thing I noticed as a negative was that the carpeting looked grimy in high traffic areas (especially the foyer of the room.) I’m glad I brought slippers; I would not have wanted to walk on that carpet barefoot.
