What a Surprising Find!
Delta was a great surprise! We have stayed at many different surrounding hotel in Basking Ridge, NJ. I have no idea why Delta by Marriott has never been on of our choices but I will not stay anywhere but here! Their staff weent over and beyond to make sure our stay was great! Very clean and accommodating. Go to Delta, you won't regret it!

Hello, I'm super disappointed with my stay at Delta. Last night I first checked into a room with no functioning temp controls (AC or heat). The front desk lady was super nice and came to inspect but couldn't repair it without the janitor. She offered to change my room. (Room 1 was 407). I was relocated to another room on the 4th floor. There was a loud rattling sound in the bathroom which would have made it difficult to sleep. It didnt turn off with any switch. It doesn't sound right. I then switched to a first floor room, which upon entering | noticed the window was wide open. Suspicious and uncomfortable. I went to close it. It was broken! Not only was the window unable to close securely on the 1st floor, it was adjacent to the condenser. I decided to go back to the room with no AC as it was the worse of 3 evils. The management of the building is poor. It's worn out, and not well maintained. To add, the cleaning of the rooms is limited. I hope the towels and sheets are clean but that's all l'm sure is done. The bathroom had hair all over the shower. I have pics to share if needed. The bed sheets are old with holes in them. All to say, I had two more stays at your hotel booked for this month which I promptly cancelled.
