Our room was not ready until after 8 PM. I’m pretty reasonable and was able to let that go. However, a couple days later I saw an errant credit card charge for $36.07. We paid about $320 for hotel plus parking and shouldn’t have any additional charges. I have inquired with the hotel chain three times and they have not been able to resolve my problem/refund the charge- OR even tell me what the charge is for- even after I provided them with a photo of the charge.

It was horrible! We were unable to check-in until 8:30 pm because the rooms weren’t ready. After getting to the room, we attempted to call the front desk but the phone did not work. Do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was beautiful, but we had to leave the hotel at 2 o'clock in the morning. Due two issues with the elevator we both got stuck twice also had to leave the room due to no here. The room was about twenty something degrees, so we had to get another hotel..

No heat, again!
This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and the heat didn’t work. The room was cold and when we called the desk it sent us to voice mail. We couldn’t leave a message because it was full. The front desk was no help. We come once a year around Christmas to see the lights and have a nice dinner. We will be switching hotels next year.
