El hotel, estĆ” bien ubicado, el personal es atento y servicial, el desayuno es rico, lamentablemente el mobiliario de la habitaciĆ³n es viejo, huele mal, el ventilador del techo vibra peligrosamente, las almohadas y colchĆ³n terrible, el lavatorio de la habitaciĆ³n estaba rajado, deben invertir en mejorar estos aspectos del hotel.

We lived our stay here. A more boutique hotel, we received personalized service. We especially appreciated how the staff could speak English, my Spanish is not very good. Loved the location, very walkable down to the water it up to shopping. Morning breakfast was wonderful too.

Runcu Hotel was an oasis in the heart of Miraflores. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hotel was within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff were phenomenal and served us in English, which we appreciated with our very broken Spanish. They provided advice and were attentive and thoughtful.

We were not able to make our reservation due to a cancelled flight from buenos aires to lima the previous night. We contacted the hotel to refund us and were denied a refund even though we didnt stay.

We stayed at Rancu Hotel for two nights on our way to Cusco. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and efficient with check in, calling taxis, check out, etc. The room was comfortable and hotel security was excellent. There was some traffic noise in our room but not too bad. From the hotel it is a short walk to the parks and cliffs looking over the ocean. It is a pleasant walk and thee view is spectacular.
