Hampton Inn Lincoln - South
Service was excellent. Britney was very personal and we felt like valued travelers. Hotel was very clean, really liked the room and reading chair in corner. Breakfast was good, housecleaning was super kind, pool and hot tub were empty both times we went. Only complaint was the family above us—lots of jumping, moving furniture and adults yelling, late and very very early, so not soundproof enough for that.

It’s tucked back in a quiet little area. Everything was clean. The hot tub was broken and the pool was very cold so that was disappointing. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. The floors were things you could hear everything from the floor above.

Close to everything, but off the main roads. Staff was great. Room was quiet and clean. Because of this hotel we will look to stay at other Hampton Inns when traveling.

The stay was great but the only reason we booked this hotel and paid more money was because of the hot tub, which I was told when checking in that it was out of order. No offer to lower the price or compensate except for a free bottle of water which they give anyway.
