First room was roach infested and dirty and smelled like bug bomb, they switched to a different room on another level and the room was disgustingly dirty and the toilet would move when you sit on it, the shower curtain rod was falling of, and the bathtub would not drain properly at all, so slow. There was some kind of splatter all over the wall and behind the main door.

Quality has decreased over the last couple years. It used to be our go-to place to stay. TV didn't work, shower curtain was too small and we had water all over our bathroom. Front desk attendant barely spoke English and was very hard to communicate with. The price is usually better than most though. And we feel safe there, no issues of danger.

Front desk staff NOT very friendly. We got the impression that even though we were PAYING customers…the guy that checked us in almost seemed ANNOYED that we were bothering him. The breakfast was adequate, but it took twenty minutes to replenish the main servings after the hot dishes ran out. Our room had a missing light bulb that left the spot by the full length mirror dark. The toilet ran water after flushing until you jiggled the handle.
