I did not like that they waited until check-in to spring a 50 dollar deposit for “damages”. I paid for the room in advance, the keys should have been given upon my arrival. They withheld the keys and wouldn’t let me into my room. The manager offered to cancel the reservation. I’ll check to see if they refunded my full amount or if they tried to keep some as a “fee”. (Giving people add-on fees, even refundable ones, after they have paid for a service in advance, and hiding the fee inside of alternate pages that only arrive after purchasing, is a dishonest practice and should be illegal. I am not sure if this is an Expedia or hotel fault, but I will not do business with companies who conduct themselves in this manner).

Don’t Judge A Book By It’s Cover…
To tell you the truth, I was a little unsure when I arrived to the property. It’s not the best looking place from the outside. The lobby and the hallways were quite toasty and felt like no air was on. But the room was very nice. My family loved it. I did notice that the hotel was not really accessible to those with disabilities. The front desk worker made notice that all family suites were on the third floor and there were no elevator. If I or a family member had a mobile disability that affected us from going up and down stairs, this would have been a great concern. As you are advertising, I think it might be important to inform potential customers of these issues so they can make the best choice for them and their accommodation needs. All-in-all it was a great stay.

Felt very unsafe at this hotel, load noises from adjust room all night. Bed was worn so badly you could see a huge crater in the center. You could hear people walking above you. People smoking in their underwear out front. Didn’t sleep a wink, but my boyfriend was going on 13 straight hours of driving and needed a couple hours of shut eye. Lots of parties going on in other rooms. Stay away!

Arrived at 2:38 ! Front desk was vey unfriendly. Told us to come back at 4! Which was fine, because we were a little early. But she was horrible. When we came back one hour later different staff! He was very nice and accommodating! The lady with the gray hair is in the wrong occupation.

Made a reservation on line and when I got the the motel to check in they refused service because I live in the same city. They gave me an option to call a friend whose address might be another city to check in. The is nothing on the web site that covers the restriction.

Great for one night stay
I had read other reviews where the room a person booked was unavailable when they arrived, i took a chance and booked a large room with 3 beds (we are traveling with my inlaws) when we arrived the front dest lady informed me she had given my room to someone else and asked if i woild be ok in a double room, whem i told her that would not work she placed us in a suite and a double room...it ended up ok but i dont understand giving a reserved room away to someone else. She then told me it was weird no one hardly ever booked the room with 3 beds.

Actually has nice rooms.
Just a quick last-minute stay because we didn't want to drive another hour to Omaha. I'm very nervous about staying in a hotel that we haven't stayed at before. But for some reason, very few hotels in lincoln or Omaha had rooms under $200 a night. Again, the reviews made me nervous. I don't know Lincoln, so I don't know if it is a bad area or not. We got checked in and then found out room. We stay in hotels a lot, I have never seen a hotel with this kind of layout. I joked we we passed through the halls that I would be tipping our delivery drive extra. The room was dark and the light switch didn't work. We found a light and the room was actually nice. The bad... There were two remotes and it took forever to work them. And the bathrub has hairs in it. No issues with noise. No bugs were seen. So I would stay here again, if my favorite hotel was booked.
