The stay was fine. I booked through Expedia. I noticed when I checked out, the card I had to put down for incidentals was charged for a full night's stay. I had already paid through the 3rd party so imagine my confusion. I've called a few times to try and get the 2nd charge refunded. They tell me they see what happened and that it has been assigned to a manager to fix it and I'll be called. It has been almost a month since my stay and no manager has called me.

I would not stay again.
Staff not friendly. Parking lot had potholes the size of small craters. Lots of road noise in our room. Price was high given the condos the hotel and parking lot.

I did not end up staying at this hotel. Upon entering there were homeless outside of the building, upon checking in we saw a naked man in the hallway, then when we got to the room there was a terrible smell, pubic hairs all over the bathroom, and broken shelving sitting in the corner. I have photos and would like a refund.

In my two days day I had to get my key card for my room change three times I had to have the front desk come up and help me because the satellite TV wouldn't work and then 2 hours later it just quit.

Room was clean and staff interaction to quick and professional. It is close to UNL when attending sporting events. Close to grocery stores, fast food, etc. I've stayed at this property several times and have never had a bad experience.

The hotel was clean, friendly staff. We stayed as a group for the husker game. Only thing that needs improvment on is the keys to the room dont work great and takes a while for door to unlock. Breakfast could be better and I wouldn't consider it "Continental". Other than that our stay overall was good.
