We very much liked the hotel, although the room was a little lout - will ask for one at the back next time. The restaurant Leap was fabulous - they should mention it at check in/reception. Both the food and the staff were excellent.

We were given a much larger room than expected which was a nice surprise. Location was close to the metro which enabled us to get to the city centre quickly. Breakfast was buffet style and there were many options to choose from. Staff were very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

I found this hotel via Expedia.com. Mostly, I was looking for an affordable option to stay while exploring the city. This hotel was far more than I could have possibly imagined. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Just around the corner were an Aldi and Pingo Dolce, two grocery stores. The Pingo Doce was also helpful since it had the closest ATM. In the opposite direction and around the corner in the Parque Metro station which gives affordable and quick transit to just about anywhere in the city

Staff were very helpful. They answered all My questions. Some amazing breakfast places around. Room was bright and had large windows. They served us with complimentary wine and cheese. Which was amazing. Free bottle of water and reception area had fresh lemon water I will definitely go back

La ubicación es genial, a dos cuadras del corte inglés, a 3 cuadras de la estación San Sebastián, a 4 cuadras del parque Eduardo 7. El hotel está lindo, cómodo. El lobby es muy agradable y siempre hay personal atento a ayudar. Lo mejor: las camas y sábanas calidad AAA, el baño amplio con ducha caliente con buena presión y el DESAYUNO! que buen buffet! Todo de buena calidad, delicioso, abundante, variado. Maravillosos croissant y pasteles de Belém, deliciosos jugos detox, y una tortilla de patatas estilo portugués que no podía dejar de comer! Recomendadisimo.

The staff are friendly but the price was too high for what you get. Small rooms and very noisy ! No parking or valet not even right out front . Towels were hard and breakfast was 18e each. I would not recommend this hotel at all.
