It’s great place to stay. The person at registration was very helpful. It was recently taken over by new management. They no longer have breakfast. Room is clean and comfortable. There are some public areas that could use a little cleaning, like the elevator.

As others have stated recently, breakfast is non existent due to recent ownership decisions. Also the rooftop viewing has been closed down due to issues with the railing. There is nobody at the lobby desk ever. The room door has an electronic lock, no additional chain locks or anything on the inside for security. Make sure you press the lock icon when you leave or your room is insecure. Find another option.

I didn’t get to check in at all. Went to the hotel twice and there was no one at the desk or anywhere to be found to get checked in. I had to sleep in my damn truck.

The room was very nice. The floors could use a cleaning. Just to let people know they are under new ownership and NO LONGER have a continental breakfast which we were unaware of.We found a great restaurant nearby for breakfast called the Blue Sky. People at the lodge were friendly and helpful.

Do not stay here!
This property does not live up to the reviews. We chose it because the reviews were exceptional. It is run down; the service is almost non--existent and we encountered to rude and unhelpful front desk people. I would not recommend this hotel and we actually ended up leaving after 1 night, knowing we had lost on our money on the next two nights because it was so disappointing.
