The room was lovely. Wonderful view. Great price. Glad we could bring our dog. The bathroom facilities were also lovely however the cleanliness was poor. Mildew under the rim of the toilet which takes a while to grow. Black mold in tiles. Grim in tub. Broken tiles. Breakfast was just ok.

Overall furniture in rooms could use an upgrade. We had ragged wicker in our room. Lounge/restaurant was unbelievably slow..two plus hours for dinner. Breakfast was much better.

It was easily accessible, people were friendly. I would suggest making sure the shower bottles are full, the conditioner was empty, the towel rack in the bathroom had seen better days for sure, and some wash cloths would’ve been nice. I would also suggest screens on the ground floor windows. Other than those minor things, it was a peaceful stay and would stay again.

Overall the stay was good. Difficult to understand staff at front counter due to accents. The variety of food at breakfast was good but hot food was cold. We called the day before requesting early checkin. Staff said we would get a call day of arrival but we didn’t.

Great to have breakfast included. Not good to find that some items were all when there was still 45 minutes to go. It would be great if the dishes - cups and plates could be warmed - both very cold so your food gets cold real fast and it takes the second cup of coffee to warm the cup.

The room was nice comfortable need some touchups as in repairs and maintenance. The staff was very nice polite. The dining area for breakfast was cold. It was warmer walking in the hallways than it was sitting there eating your breakfast. Other than that, it was a Pleasant stay.

This hotel was not my cup of tea. It wasn't very clean. The flushed in the bathroom needed held down in order to flush it. The first night of our stay, the hot water went out. We gave it some time and by the following afternoon, we were being told it wouldn't be fixed until the following day. We asked to be let out of our stay without being charged so we could find a new stay. They didn't want to do it at first but we were persistent so finally they gave in. Their breakfast was a little odd as well. When you sit down for breakfast, they bring over a receipt and require you to put your room number on it. They receipt is for $0 but there is a space to leave a tip which felt very awkward like they were pressuring you to leave a tip for something that was supposed to be free and if you didn't, they had your room number. We weren't the only ones that found this odd. Other families were discussing it as well. We were able to book a last minute stay at some beach cottages. It was much nicer, cleaner, and saved us quite a bit of money. They also had washers and dryers which this hotel's listing claimed to have but didn't.
