Very noisy kids and people running all around the hallways in the middle of the night. Breakfast buffet was lovely, however, many people took advantage of it and snuck in/filled containers and bags as they left. The staff working was so kind and quick to clean the station and tables and couldn’t keep up with how many people took advantage of the breakfast situation.

Hotel seemed fine until we got to our room. Booked two rooms, one had a layer of dust on the countertops and a used glass left on counter. The other room had a dirty and very stained carpet, which we found carpet beetles crawling around on in the morning. I showed the front desk staff when we checked out, they apologized. Price was decent but won’t be staying here again.

I have stayed here before and it wasn't to bad. The girls were accommodating and friendly. This visit was a nightmare and the front desk girl could care less. There were beetles all over the room. The shower backed up past your ankles. Even after calling maintenance guy this did not fix the issue. The toilet didn't flush and the room was filthy. I will never stay here again it's not worth it, and I've cancelled all reservations moving forward.

On a quick trip to Edmonton, overnighted in Lloyd to break up trip . Booked last minute standard king room was spacious, bathroom was a bit tight but clean with everything you needed. Quick easy check in and Complimentary breakfast with pleasant staff .

Always welcomed with huge smiles, easy quick check in. Travel with a dog and room is super super clean. You would never know pets had bee in there before. Great free breakfast. The staff is excellent

This is great! Nice lounge with good food. The pool is very pleasant. I’m pleased they allow dogs and don’t charge much. It’s quiet and the staff are friendly. Nice breakfast, but please keep it open 60 minutes longer. Please add higher toilet seats and grab bars for the disabled.

Great place
Check in was good! Front staff was nice and welcoming! I stayed one night this time as I had stayed at this hotel before. The staff were nice enough to let me stay a couple hours after check out as I had to get my flat tire changed. A very nice hotel and get location!
