Nice area . Lots of steps , 33 to bedrooms.Adequate furnished.Could have been a little cleaner , dust on the lamps, mold in the main bath shower.No much of social unless you play tennis.Couple of nice taverns close by.

Family vacation
Centrally located between Ana Maria and St Armand’s which made it very easy to get around the island. Lots of space in the unit and having a garage was wonderful. Some of the furniture is getting a little worn and a bit uncomfortable. The most disappointing aspect was the roofing maintenance. Equipment was stored right next to our condo and we were woken up each morning by the crew. Not very relaxing

It's a solid rental with lots of space, large w/d, garage for beach stuff and sunrise on the balcony. Just a 10' walk to the beach and a 5' walk to the pool. Sure could use updates to towels and bedding tho (threadbare throughout). Kitchen is stocked, although I'd recommend getting the knives out of the drawers! Good luck and hope the pool bar reopens.

Great vacation unit. No surprises. Unit has all the amenities you need. Nice Flat screen TV in Living-room and Master Bedroom. Good air-conditioning with ceiling fans in each room. Would rent it again. Great location with easy access to beach. Great swimming pool and a nice workout room in the club house.
