I would have liked better pillows. Other than that the property was convenient to shopping, coffee and a restaurant that was associated with the hotel. The free parking was also a great benefit! The staff wee very nice! I would recommend this hotel!

Great place
What a great place to stay! Looks just like the pictures. Clean, friendly staff, bicycles on site to use, shuttle to Universal Studios. Pool and a rooftop deck, great little hidden gem! If I had to pick something to nitpick it with be changing beds from full sixmze to queen size.

The front desk workers were extremely helpful. We arrived way before our check in time and there were no rooms available for early check in but they held our luggage while we went to Universal Studios. The free shuttle to and from Universal was also very timely on convenient, but you have to email or call them in advance to book the shuttle times. The beds were a little hard and the room was basic but clean. I think King Kong stayed in the room above us because we heard every massive step he took, but otherwise our stay was fine and the location with free shuttle was very convenient.

The front desk people were extremely friendly, they offer a shuttle service to and from the Burbank airport as well as universal studios. They have a year round heated pool. Our room was clean, however, I would have liked a microwave in the room. Overall a great experience due to great staff!

Good location. Service and cleanliness met standards for the price point. Room was a little cramped for a family of 4, but we were only there to sleep. Unfortunately, the same day we took our AirPods out of our bag to charge on the nightstand for flight the next day, the earbuds came up missing. Of note, they were not used nor removed from the case by us even one time while at the hotel. Find My device tracking app shows last location was the hotel just before we left, yet they were not located in the room (I didn't expect they would be, as WE did not remove them from the case while at the hotel) despite "multiple" searches by housekeeping and management. No one outside the family had access to our room aside from housekeeping each day. If you stay here, hide or secure your valuables!

This place was great .. easy to find and parking was always available and close to our room. Staff was super sweet and the entire area was clean at all hours. P.S. we loved the upstairs hangout above the pool. Very beautiful!! We will be back!!

This place is cool enough on its own, but the staff is what really elevates it. The shuttle to area locations is exceptional. Many TV shows and movies choose this spot because of the prime location as well. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though a bit dated and need more soundproofing, but it’s still our favorite place to stay when we visit this part of California.
