The property is very beautiful, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Food/Restaurants were plentiful, views were spectacular, room was comfortable, shuttle to sister property in town was convenient. Here are a few things to be aware of: while the property is oceanfront it is not beach front. You can walk down to touch the ocean, but it is rocky/not swimmable. You can gain beach access via the sister property at a public beach a 10 minute walk from that hotel. The property is built into the side of a hill, so there’s a lot of elevation changes throughout and you get to walk a lot to get from place to place. We didn’t mind that, but if walking isn’t your thing there’s a shuttle you can call for. If you have the all inclusive plan you will still get a bill at the end of each meal presumably so you may leave a tip. While I’ve not encountered this before at an all inclusive, that was ok. What wasn’t ok was the super long summary of all these dozens of tip charges at check out. There were some daily charges which when we questioned them turned out to be optional, but you had to notice them & bring it up to be deleted. I also noticed 2 restaurant charges which they could not show backup documentation so they were deleted. All in all, I’d recommend a stay here.

Everything was great during our stay. Great food options, room was clean and we had a beautiful ocean view. We called a few times about the jets in our private pool not working and no one ever showed up. That would be my only complaint.

This was our third vacation in Cabo/Cancun, and we've stayed at different resorts each time. Unfortunately, I would rank this resort the lowest among them. I lost my swimsuit and eyeliner in our room. My husband called the front desk, and they said they would look into it and call back, but no one ever did. When my husband went to the front desk to follow up, we were told to check the lost and found. I found this frustrating because I lost them in my room, not by the pool! We also complained about the noise from the air conditioning units; the thermostats in both my room and my mom’s room were not working properly. They promised to send someone to address the issue, but no one ever came. My mom and husband struggled to fall asleep for several nights due to the noise. Additionally, our keys stopped working every 24 hours. Again, we were told someone would come to help, but we waited in our room, and no one showed up. I felt the service standards here were the lowest among all the all-inclusive resorts we've visited. There wasn’t much to do at night, either—no shows or sports bars. Also, we received a constant stream of bills each time we ordered something from the pool bars, which was different from our experiences at other resorts. The staff explained that this was for them to receive tips. On a positive note, the food in the restaurants was good. However, there is definitely a lot of room for improvement overall.

Servers and service is SLOW AS HELL. I was at the resort for four days with my family of four. It’s a beautiful resort with great amenities and amazing restaurants. The only thing that got to me Was that anytime you ordered anything it was like watching tar drip. The service cannot be this slow unless you designed it this slow. Whoever mastered the plan so that “ALL INCLUSIVE” failed successfully to make sure that people never come back and made it I should not take two hours. If it’s an empty restaurant for service. I will ask one thing smile for God sakes.

Our concierge Karla was absolutely fantastic. The drivers and servers at all the restaurants we had lunch and dinner were amazing as well. We were so pleased with our stay, that we will be returning with our young adults next year.

I would not stay here again under any circumstances. This isn’t an all-inclusive resort but you can buy an all-inclusive package and have to sign a bill with your room number every hours. The front desk staff are aggressive about upselling the “premium package” and were rude when we declined. We were not offered a room upgrade even though the resort was half empty and the front desk initially sent us to a room where a wall was being repaired and didn’t apologize for making us drag our luggage around. Pool staff were friendly, but the entire place was dead quiet by 8pm with no activities, gathering place, or live music. Spend your money elsewhere.

The staff were all incredibly nice, helpful and friendly. From the reception, concierge, restaurant staff, even the housekeepers were always so friendly. The food and drinks were all amazing. They offer golf carts to shuttle you around the property, as it is a big resort. We used this to get us to some of the restaurants. We did not expect the humidity to be so intense, and most of the restaurants are outdoors. So, I would highly recommend taking bug repellent spray as the mosquitos are no joke.

The views from our room were breathtaking! The room was nice, clean and big! The staff at all the bars and restaurants and housekeeping were Incredible!! The best we have had in a long time! The only negative was the Timeshare presentation we got roped into and it was absolutely horrible, and they would not let you leave. What was supposed to be 90 minutes took over 3 hours. As long as you don't schedule an appointment with those folks selling the timeshares, it would be an excellent stay!
