The staff needs proper training in hospitality. Every little question was asked was responded to as if it was a chore. Guests are paying a lot to be there and they should be treated as if they are guests, not people walking in off the street.

We were assigned a second floor room which was only accessible by stairs. We were offered a ground floor room that turned out to be disabled accessible which we did not need. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, the bed was not at all comfortable, and no tv, phone or alternatives. Pedestal sink offered no place to put any toiletries. We were celebrating a special occasion and were so disappointed we left after one night. The online pictures of the rooms were lovely, but not our room.

Cute, quaint Inn
Very nice inn; however, there is no elevator & most of the rooms are upstairs. The rooms are air conditioned, but the rest of the inn just has box fans around. Also, no refrigerator, microwave, or television in the rooms. The room we had was decorated really nice. The inn is decorated nicely, also. Really beautiful part of town, nestled in a quiet neighborhood.

Low on amenities, but otherwise fantastic
Great location and very clean accommodation. Air conditioning is super strong too which is a bonus for the hot summer days. Only downside is that there are not many amenities. No TV, no robes, no slippers. Aside from that, it's fantastic

We loved our stay here! The chef breakfasts were excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only recommendations would be black out curtains me wiping down the spider webs on the patio area- all the seating had webs.

Wonderful home base for a quick trip to wine country. Loved the wine and cheese in the afternoon and full breakfast in the morning. Room was clean and charming. Bathroom needs updating.

Cute Inn with friendly staff. My room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and the size of the Inn felt intimate. The breakfast was really good! Only 10 min drive away from Solvang. Really enjoyed my stay. :)
