Did not like this room. It was dark, the shower pressure was bad and it was defective, the tub looked unfinished with caulking or paint, there was no Kleenex, the fridge was not cold enough and we got one tiny bar of soap which they didn’t replenish throughout our two night stay.

The hotel is dirty it needs painting. Smelled bad .like Marijuana and cigarettes. The surrounding where dirty. Its run down. Towels where stained or dirty.over all very poor conditions.

The property was very dirty, the bathroom was stopped up along with the sink. The floor was so dirty your feet were so black after walking on the floors. Complained to management and the only thing that was fixed was toilet and also a bathroom light that had went out.

First of all, the pictures online do not reflect the current condition of the hotel. The hallways had a strong unpleasant odor. Overall, the room was not properly cleaned and seemed like it hadn't been maintained for ages, with stains all over the carpet and bed sheets. Additionally, the breakfast was not good.

First, we took a shower only to find there were no towels in our room. We walked downstairs and there were beer bottles and trash all over the yard and sidewalk. There were cigarette butts in the cement hallways and the smell of smolke throughout the hallways.

I switched to this hotel after staying at the red carpet inn and I felt as if I was going from being homeless to being a rich millionaire living in a mansion …. This place is wonderful and a breath of fresh air !

The phones in the room were not working and I was not told this. They knew this ahed of time. I think this is a safety issue. Bed had a HUGE sag in the middle. People smoked all over even though it was a non smoking hotel. Breakfast had things broken and not all there, even though I came early. Would not give me extra towels. I had to limit to one and had to ask manager for an extra towel for my hair. Just gross.
