Having a duplex room as a family with two teenagers was perfect. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety and free from alternatives. Such a warm welcome on arrival and each day and they sorted our bags to the room. Both floors of the duplex had all the facilities so two bathrooms, iron and board, hairdryer, kettle, fridge TV etc so we didn't have to keep going up and down the stairs to get things. Just 18 mins walk to Baker Street underground and then access to everything we wanted to visit from there. Around Baker Street are lots of restaurants and mini supermarkets too. Would definitely stay again.

Great Service From Reception And The Concierge Team The Moment We Arrived...!!!!! Great Room...(Which Was Ready Early) Great Breakfast....!!!! Just 1 Gripe...We Tried For A Drink In The Bar When We Returned...It Was Busy And A Waitress Tried Desperately To Find Us A Table But To No Avail.....She Checked With The Bar Manager..Who Looked Us Up And Down And Replied " We Have No Tables..." Super Abruptly...!!!! Even The Waitress Seemed Shocked...!!!! We Resigned Ourselves To Grab A Bottle And Go Back To The Room.. Maybe Some More Tables Or Provisions Could Be Made On Matchdays..??? A brilliant weekend away.

From the moment we arriwd ar the hotel the staff were very friendly and professional. Tge room we were allocated wad very clean and we had a great view onto the area. Throughout our stay allbthe staff from the housekeeping to bar staff were very friendly, and we will definitely return in the near future.

A very nice stay

The staff was very helpful, the room clean and comfortable, I really appreciate the eco friendly atmosphere, I enjoyed the breakfast and did have dinner there a couple of times, worked well for me after full days of sightseeing, I will stay there again when I get to London next.

Stayed in a family duplex room which is a good set up for older children, and has great views. The staff were all very professional and friendly. However the rooms are not very soundproofed and we could hear people talking in other rooms, the concierge service was really noisy moving someone out at 6am and whenever anyone in our room or nearby rooms took a shower the pipes were very noisy.

Overall experience was very good. Just a few items of feedback: 1. The air conditioning was very noisy & had to be left off when in the room 2. The bed felt small for a double room 3. The decor was dated and needs modernisation.
