Straight outta a b film horror flick.
I recently had the misfortune of staying at Wood Springs Suites, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with an unpleasant odor that permeated every corner of the building. The smell was so pervasive that it was impossible to ignore, no matter where you went. The condition of the hotel was far from satisfactory. The hallways were tinted yellow, giving off an unwelcoming and grimy atmosphere. More disturbingly, there were instances of feces on the walls, a sight that was both shocking and deeply concerning. The room provided was equally disappointing. The bed was full-sized but felt cramped and uncomfortable, with only a single tiny pillow provided. This did not make for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom door was another issue. It was covered in so much dog hair that it wouldn’t even close properly. The amount of hair was so excessive that I could have made a small, albeit gross, sweater out of it. In conclusion, I would not recommend Wood Springs Suites to anyone. The state of the hotel was unacceptable and made for a very uncomfortable stay. I hope that this review will prompt the necessary changes for future guests. Now I will say that all my interactions with the employees there were good. I would even say exceptional. I think they were very nice people making the best out of a bad situation. I just feel horribly ripped off by this experience. The pictures on the website. 🚫

Great hotel at a great price
I had a great stay ,will be extending, highly recommend. Room was spacious and extremely clean.The manager Carrie was awesome I got checked in super quick, and they were very attentive when I had to go down there to get quarters for laundry although there's an app to do laundry here which is super convenient also ,best hotel out here.

There was a lot of foot traffic and the secure doors werent safe. People snuck through the doors with people.that had.keys. the rooms smelled like dogs all of them the first one smelled juat like fog and the second one i thought was going to be better until i turned the sir on and the dog smell was in the vents. I didnt stay my second night because my door stopper was tampered with while i was sleep underneath the door. There is too much space under to.the door for door stoppers theyll just be moved out of the way

This property is NASTY. Elevator dirty, room smell like urine and a senior nursery living, room was infested with roaches, & crack heads stand in from of the hotel all morning and night. Beads are cheap & uncomfortable. They need to be closed down.

This hotel is more like a place for people to stay who can’t pay rent. The bed was uncomfortable with only 2 lumpy pillows for two people. The room was not cleaned, and we had to ask for new towels.

First night the room was really small. Bed was a full. The next day the room smelled like complete urine and disgusting-ness. I arrived on a Saturday and was told I have to wait until Monday to speak to the manager. I could not breathe in my room. The window wouldn't even open enough to air out the disgusting smell. The front desk woman looked at me with no concern whatsoever. This is just a job for her. Don't let the pictures fool you. Every room smelled like someone died in it. This place isn't worth whatever amount they are trying to charge. And it's not like it's in the bad part of the neighborhood. On the outside it looks fine. But it is deceiving. No shower is long enough to rid my body of the horrible smell in this room. This building should be torn down. The city should have a serious look into this building. I'm sure it's not up to code, and I know there will be so many health violations. The general manager should take a walk in this building and be appalled that people are renting in these conditions. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I came here from Vegas and the room gave me a headache. I had to buy Bomb spray from the gas station to try and mask the smell while I'm here. STAY AWAY. I want my money back. If I wanted to smell urine and poop I would have slept on the streets with the homeless people. At least they're outside and have fresh air.

There was great amenities stove top, fridge/freezer full size,washer/dryers, vinyl floors. Pet friendly everyone stays to themselves . Definitely felt safe and they allowed me to change out my bed linens and towels after 3 days which is their policy you have to stay three days before changing them unless you request housekeeping. Overall would stay here again. We extended our stay a week after staying a week.
