My stay at Hotel Villa Cipriani was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service that made me feel truly welcome. The property itself is stunning, offering a perfect blend of classic Italian charm and modern luxury. The picturesque setting, surrounded by beautiful gardens and breathtaking views of the rolling hills, was like something out of a postcard. The room was elegant and spacious, with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. A most beautiful setting, old world charm such as the waiters in white vests or coats is charming. Gardens are lovely and the views are spectacular. Very friendly staff who seek to accommodate their guests needs is A . Only item the property might want to consider is to boost the wi-fi coverage.

Stunning hotel but service too snobbish.
Really loved the hotel and the garden. The superior room was ok, bathroom had beautiful tiling, very limited view even though the booking promised a view of the hills. However, this stay concluded a two-week long holiday and we had received incredibly warm and hospitable service in the three previous hotels we had stayed in. In Villa Cipriani we didn't get a sense of that at all, instead we would best describe it as stuck-up where the staff hardly looked at us or let alone gave us a smile. It also felt like the food and beverage was expensive just for the sake of being expensive - for example, a below average-tasting ice coffee at the swimming pool was €10 (€8 for the coffee and ice and additional €2 for bringing it to the pool!).
