Our room and the hallway smelled like dirty water. Lights went out for about a minute every day and water shut off occasionally. There were rats by the buffet restaurant at night. Our toilet flooded and the showerhead wasn't easy to manage so water got all over the bathroom floor..

I would not come back here. People only come to this resort because of the cool photo that you can take of the plane flying over your heading and landing. There were only 2.5 restaurants and they served the dish every night. The buffet kept opening and closing, when they should have just stayed open the entire day. The entertainment was wack and there is no night club on the resort. We had to leave the resort to actually have fun. I also got food poisoning the first night I was there. Little to say, I will not be returning back to this establishment.

There was no activity on this resort. I have traveled to many caribbean islands and this all inclusive resort did not have any shows. I was shocked especially given this was a kids friendly. I am hoping that management look at this for next time. The food options were not the greatest overall not a good experience and my family and I were very disappointed

Please don't waste your TIME or MONEY at this property. Upon arrival, the lobby was uncomfortably warm at 89 degrees, and I had to wait in line for a good twenty minutes. Unfortunately, the customer service was far from satisfactory. To make matters worse, I had to wait until 4 PM to get my room, which, when I finally entered, had a terrible musty odor. I had to request an air freshener immediately. This property is not family-friendly. There's a small casino in the lobby, and when my 8-year-old briefly stopped to hand me my phone, security aggressively intervened, yelling "no." It was an unnecessary and unpleasant experience. On a positive note, the wait staff were amazing—always helpful and attentive. However, the front desk staff could definitely use some improvement in their customer service skills. I was charged $25 for a hairdresser to do my son's hair, and when I questioned the policy, the manager claimed they would provide paperwork to justify the charge, but I’m still waiting. I’ve visited over 20 all-inclusive resorts, and this is one of the worst. The island itself is beautiful, but I strongly advise against wasting your time, money, or expectations by staying here.

My only real dislike was that the resort is considered all inclusive but after you return from a night out/ clubbing you will not find any restaurants open and have an option for room service on the Maho side of the resort. Other than that, I had a great time. Maho pool was live. Dj set up by the pool. If the power go out, you have to scream and clap “No music, No Music” and keep the party going. The people working at the resort were nice, knowledgeable and very helpful.
