It was the worse stay I’ve ever had in a hotel. From the stench of nicotine and marijuana thoughout the hallways to the ac unit making loud noises all night, it was a nightmare. To add to my frustration, the pet fee was increased but the accommodations were insulting. I’ve stayed here many times with no complaints, but I guess times change. The only acceptable aspect of my stay were some of the staff members who willingly listened to my concerns.

On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable but that was the only positive. They did not have us in the room I had booked through Expedia. I wanted a suite with a separate bedroom and was put in a double queen room. When I went to get it changed, leaving our luggage in the room, we went back and couldn’t get into the room to retrieve our luggage. Then when we were told where our room was we searched only to find that it was in a whole separate building. Check in took 45 minutes. Then the room did not have a separate bedroom as the picture described. It was very noisy, we could hear the doors slamming and even toilets flushing next door. When I went to use the microwave the plate was missing. My husband went to eat breakfast and he said it wasn’t good at all. We will not be staying there again

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Smoke detectors were stacked on dresser upon arrival. Traveling with 3 small children so smoke detectors are important. Called front desk and was assured they would send maintenance to fix them at 3pm. Left for the evening out and upon return detectors still had not been hung or even touched. They did not respond to test button either. Notified front desk again that nothing had been done and still nobody came to install. Also, carpet between hallway in suite area and hotel room was torn and had a gap. This was an eye sore and just downgraded the overall appearance. Again staff was very nice and helpful when I went to desk for extra sheets for couch bed.

The motel is a older and there were some minor maintenance issues. But overall, it was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. They also had a free continental breakfast, although I did not partake since I had other plans. Ultimately, I’m very happy with the price to value ratio .

This place is rundown. The staff was nice and offered places to eat after I asked them. They also moved us from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor since they don’t have an elevator and we have lots of luggages. It went downhill from there. We went to the 1st floor room and it was filthy. The floor wasn’t vacuumed and the fridge was so dirty. They also didn’t have hand soap, which should have been prepared. They didn’t have a complimentary toothbrush either. We checked the 2nd floor room to see if it was better, but it was not. The fridge was also filthy with beer. The bathroom towel rack was missing and the wallpaper was peeling. I also noticed outside that the vents were cracked or broken. I had booked to stay there again and cancelled it. I’m not coming back here.

First room A/C was covered in dirt and lint with no vent cover and not properly functioning. Hotel is run down. tv was small and remote for tv didn’t have a back cover. Curtain had what looked like a big burn hole or attempt to cut out a burn hole in the center We didn’t feel that the cleanliness was up to par, including the linens

The room was very outdated with peeling wallpaper, stained pillowcases, stained carpet and broken/scratched furniture. The television did not work and the breakfast was disgusting (except for the waffles). The staff was very friendly but the accommodations were subpar.

Room was OK even though after check-in and arriving at room finding door already open as it was not closed my last person contacted front desk attendant came to check. Got into room found hole in carpet in front of bed and used washcloth from last person still in bathtub. Toilet paper holder was missing part so toilet paper was not hanging. As we went down to the breakfast the next morning saw numerous places in the always where the wallpaper is starting to come off and was being held with packing tape. Even though the property seems to be run down since the last day over a year ago felt okay with price.
