We have stayed here in the past and loved this hotel!! However we have heard they are selling so they are not taking care of the property. The first room the ac didn’t work well. The next visit in the annex, the couch was broken and the bed was most uncomfortable! Unfortunately this will be our last time to stay here. We will see who takes over.

Very run down hotel. Did not have hot tub as advertised and it was noisy and had stains throughout the room. The back door locks to access rooms was broken so safety was questionable as anyone could just walk in. We weren’t even given a key card holder or info on WiFi access when we checked in. The rating on here is very misleading. Best thing they had was decent breakfast and the cost per night. but otherwise I guess you get what you pay for…

Easy check-in front desk staff very friendly. Our room was big, cold AC and nice hot shower. However, clean staff is not doing there job. They left a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door, and one of the trash bins had items in it, and a dirty cup in the frig. I brought this to attention of the front desk, they apoloiged and promised to take care of it, but no one showed up to clean the room. Finally I just asked for some clean towels. Sad.

Doors were having issues. Didn’t have the double queen I reserved. Then placed us in a room with a pullout and it was a twin size pull out. The pullout was nasty with what looked like the Peanut M and M’s in it and cigarette burns on the arm. Tv came on but no channels. No sheets for the pullout slept with a towel. I picked it for the price and could have definitely spent my money in better places. I was stuck by the time I was able to check in and chose no refund. Only stay here if you’re in a pinch. A pinch so bad you have no other options…

Ashmore Inn Hotel

Service and staff were amazing, unfortunately coming in late from a wedding Saturday evening we discovered that our microwave did not have a plate. So it was a little difficult to warm up our food. And the latch locked the food in the microwave, which proceeded to take us five minutes to open, and we had to unplug it as well. I’m sorry we didn’t think to take pictures. It wasn’t that big of a deal to us. The cleanliness and the room was exactly what we needed for a two day getaway for a wedding so thank y’all so much.

Door key didnt work n it would not be fixed until next day. We were there for one night and couldnt go anywhere unless we got the front desk to open it manually.
