Don't stay here!!! Horrible Customer Service!!!!

I made this reservation the same night as check-in but ultimately did not need the room and attempted to cancel. The so-called “manager” refused to allow the cancellation, citing that it was past the cancellation deadline—although the reservation itself was made after that deadline had already passed. I have made multiple calls requesting a refund and to speak directly with the manager, yet despite being told I would receive a call back, I have heard nothing. This lack of follow-through is unacceptable. Furthermore, according to the stated terms, “No shows” are charged only for the first night. Instead, this establishment charged me for the entire reservation, which is a clear violation of its own policy.

The hotel is really run down. Our TV didn't work, the Keurig didn't work, the room smelled old and musty, there was so much black mold in the bathtub on the shower walls, it was just gross. Our bed sheets had stains on them, which looked rather disgusting. There was old furniture in the hallways and the cleaning crew had the music from their phones blaring in the hallways while they were cleaning. The front desk staff was the best part about our trip, because they were so friendly. We would not recommend staying here and we will not be staying here again.

Staff was awesome! Breakfast was pretty good. Lobby was very nice. The room was nice, a little dated but that’s just cosmetic. AC was spot on! Bed slept well. TV was a little temperamental but not a big deal. All in all, we were fine and happy.

It was ok. They had changed their computer system so my Expedia reservation “wasn’t showing up in their system” so it took 45 minutes to check in. I was pleased that they were able to honor my paid reservation. It is a very inexpensive “hotel” so all I can say is you get what you pay for. I wasn’t looking for luxury so I can’t fault them for their mediocre accommodations. It was clean and tolerable.

Decent option when needing to budget under 100

The bed was comfortable. I liked having the small balcony my 6yr old got a huge kick out of it. He enjoyed the pool and even made a few friends while playing. The breakfast options were good and it helped having that option. The only issue was the WiFi never worked and the tv had a bad connection for just about every other station. Overall I would stay again as it was close to where I needed to be.

beds comfortable, the room was quiet and clean, but everything else was incredibly disappointing. the entire property looks to have been neglected for about 5 years. certain areas of the building had a stench. the internet was slow to the point of unusable. the front desk mentioned i could try the other access points, but they were all unusable. the dining room chairs all stained, the "breakfast" was disappointing. the extended-stay building could be mistaken for sheltering the homeless. I regret the stay.

The floor in my room was wet. Smoke alarm covered in a plastic bag. Black mold.. trash piled up at end of hallway all weekend. Refrigerator full of someone elses food. This could be the worse hotel i have ever stayed at. Tried to move hotels but couldn't get my money back. Do not stay here.
