There was a coffee shop a block away and a brewery across the street. Excellent customer service. There were two questions though. Why do hotels need to think we, in general, pills that are extremely fluffy/thick. Way to difficult to sleep with Ones neck bent. Also, no microwave? It would be handy to have one. Thanks for the great stay

The room was great, although I think the HVAC vents need to be cleaned. And downtown is sort of boarded up. Be prepared to drive!

Great hotel

I absolutely adore this hotel. If I ever return to Lubbock, I will stay here again. I loved being able to check in online and just go straight to my room when I arrived. The room was beautiful.

I booked the superior room thinking it would be superior. To begin with this may be associated with the hotel, but the hotel is across the street so if you want ice or anything else you would need to go over there. Our room was right next to the busy street so you hear the road noise. Our sheets had little fabric balls on them so they felt rough and also had a hole in the sheet. The water pressure is ridiculously low so even trying to take a shower didn't help. There is no safe in the room which wasn't too big a deal just for one night. Good luck with managing the TV options or finding something close by to eat. I thought this was a nice downtown area but it is surrounded by lawyers offices all over the place and not many food choices.

Nice suite!

The Buddy Holly Center is in walking distance as well as the Lubbock Brewery (I recommend both). The room was very nice and clean and provided for a convenient, comfortable stay.

Everything from parking to check-in was excellent! The room is beautifully appointed and very comfortable and clean. We were within walking distance from the arts district and there were numerous restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance as well. We loved our stay and will check here first when we’re coming to the area!
