Overall property is in ok condition. Originally reserved a single king bed, but requested two doubles upon arrival. Although available, i was told they couldn’t make the change since I reserve through Expedia. Fair enough. No big deal. So I requested a rollaway bed, but none were available. Again, not a big deal. Finally, requested extra pillows and blanket. No extra blankets available so staff gave me a pillow and mattress protector. Very odd, but at the point, I just accepted it as there was a language barrier and I wasn’t getting the support I was hoping for. Once we got in the room, I immediately noticed that the blanket was dirty with dry food as if someone wiped their hands all over after eating. There was no effort in hiding it as it looked the bed was made with a blanket from the previous tenant. Went down to the front desk to request a clean one and they gave us the only thing that was available which was a blanket with the outer layer falling apart. Sigh. Next day, my wife was able to request a rollaway bed for an extra fee. Again, not happy with that but whatever. We came back at the end of the day to see that it was delivered to room, but no bed sheets, blankets or pillows were included. SMH. We ended up buying our own pillows and blanket at Target. We didn’t even attempt to get the free breakfast because I couldn’t get myself to be more disappointed in our stay here. Never, ever again. 1 star do not recommend.

I got new towels every day, but some were very thin & needed to be replaced. The gym was great, the pool was ice cold and cloudy green. I was afraid to use it. I did not have a single linen change in the eight nights I stayed. My room keys stopped working after a few days and was never told that would happen or I would need reprogramming at any point. The staff was very nonchalant when I told them I had my arms full and suddenly my keys didn’t work. I would have probably been more disappointed overall, but the price was right. I would not pay more than what I did per night if I ever returned.

In the morning is the breakfast person was very rude and hateful to my kids and the front desk morning person said she is doing her job her job is not to be rude also they also charged extra charges to check in to give the money back but they are not tell you that have fun I will not recommend this hotel

When we arrived, the front desk clerk was on her phone texting for a good 10 minutes before she attended us. The AC in the room was not working. When checking out, there was a “be back in 5 minutes” sign and the front desk clerk took a good 10 minutes to come back. We waited 10 minutes and the sign was already out when we arrived so not even sure how long they were really gone. Very inconvenient when guests are trying to checkout in a timely manner for whatever reasons. Definitely delayed our morning plans for my daughter’s meet.

Place was dirty and run down. Carpet in room torn, old, dirty. Nothing was maintainted. Shower did work. Receptionist that checked us out was put out to check us out cause she was going on elevator somewhere. Would NEVER stay again or recommend anyone. Definitely too much money for what we got.

Had to sign in online even tho we had a reservation- went through whole process again with clerk standing there. She said it’s their new system that she has no control over. She was nice but check in was a pain. On Orbitz, it Advertised jacuzzi, told it’s broken, not going to be fixed. Room dirty, used a cloth to wipe down counters, handles, etc, and cloth was brown when done. Microwave and coffee pot had old food/coffee in them. Breakfast- no coffee, eggs, biscuits, cold potatoes and meat at 6:30 am (breakfast time 6-9:30). Told the clerk, he ignored and stayed on his phone. Pool water brownish with a rotten egg smell, lots of out of order signs. Could be a really nice place but it deserves 1-2 stars at best.
