Needs to be cleaned.
The front desk wouldn't check me in at first. I was having issues with the online check in, so the receptionist made me go back and try and get it to work instead of checking me in herself. I never got the extra pillows or towels I asked for. The room was comfortable and quiet, but the room was quite dirty. The shower head was gross and had weird dirt smudges on the wall that were not wiped off. There was even a straw wrapper left in the bathroom meaning they didn't sweep. The amount of dust wreaked havoc on my allergies. The only one who had great service was the breakfast attendant. She was pleasant, quick, and kept things well stocked.

Room didn’t have a working fridge.. next room the toilet flush valve was broken. The place was just dirty and terrible. The only thing that was a plus was the guy that worked Saturday morning was very helpful when I need the help putting a huge present in my card. He was kind and ready to help.

Staff friendly and efficient check in and out quick and easy breakfast was better than the usual unfortunately, our toilet was difficult to flush, there were insufficient towels and no stopper for the tub all annoying, but not worth losing sleep over for a one night stay we have stayed here before, and will again

Mixed up my room payment with my daughters. TV never worked for more than 30 minutes. Never serviced my room. No hairdryer. Tub in my daughter's room wouldn't drain. Ice on only 1 floor - broken. Had to ask for towels for both rooms. Cold water both mornings in the the HOT water pot in the breakfast area. Need I say more?

Mixed up my daughter's room with mine when we paid-big mess. TV never worked properly & no one could fix it. My room was never serviced in 3 days. I had to ask for towels-for both rooms. Ice only on 3rd floor & it was out of order. No hairdryer - my daughter had 2 so she loaned me one - the one she kept didn't work. Noisy fridge. I've stayed here several times before-it was fine. It's so convenient, sorry it's not good any more.

Overall property is in ok condition. Originally reserved a single king bed, but requested two doubles upon arrival. Although available, i was told they couldn’t make the change since I reserve through Expedia. Fair enough. No big deal. So I requested a rollaway bed, but none were available. Again, not a big deal. Finally, requested extra pillows and blanket. No extra blankets available so staff gave me a pillow and mattress protector. Very odd, but at the point, I just accepted it as there was a language barrier and I wasn’t getting the support I was hoping for. Once we got in the room, I immediately noticed that the blanket was dirty with dry food as if someone wiped their hands all over after eating. There was no effort in hiding it as it looked the bed was made with a blanket from the previous tenant. Went down to the front desk to request a clean one and they gave us the only thing that was available which was a blanket with the outer layer falling apart. Sigh. Next day, my wife was able to request a rollaway bed for an extra fee. Again, not happy with that but whatever. We came back at the end of the day to see that it was delivered to room, but no bed sheets, blankets or pillows were included. SMH. We ended up buying our own pillows and blanket at Target. We didn’t even attempt to get the free breakfast because I couldn’t get myself to be more disappointed in our stay here. Never, ever again. 1 star do not recommend.
