Beautiful property ruined by a horrible mattress. I could feel the springs digging into my back. The mattress must have been well over 10 years old. Also, the F&B credit from Expedia was not as much as advertised and I was not offered a room upgrade, even though I am Gold and it is a VIP Access Property. On the plus side, the staff was amazing and the parking lot was safe and secure, but not enough to save me from the horrible nights sleep I got.

There was a lot of dust around our room. We have a baby and as she was crawling she found a fake eyelash. The toilet paper holder was broken and the silver hot and cold faucet for the shower was peeling off of the shower wall. This did not seem like a 4 star property to me. The pool was nice and there were no issues with the staff. Probably wouldn’t stay at this property again though.

Stepped outside to the car and wife fell asleep she takes sleeping medicine but locked the deadbolt and latch very rude staff member and took 2 1/2 hrs before they let me in

Been staying here whenever I fly, probably a dozen times. But now they decided to charge $20 for parking and I am done with them. There is an $18 "destination" junk fee too. You go from Expedia's room price of $105 to $180 with taxes and $38 of junk fees. They need to get back to being up front and honest before I will ever be back.
