I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was so very friendly and helpful. The facilities were very clean, the rooms very comfortable. Great breakfast! Coffee and cookies always available. ;) Ny new favorite place to stay in Lynchburg!

The rooms were clean and the food was amazing. Nice and quiet as well. All the added amenities were nice and clean as well. Only thing I didn’t like was the elevator shaking when trying to catch onto the tracks every time we went up. Not sure how long it was doing that before we got there, but I’m pretty sure the staff knew about it. Other than the elevator the stay was amazing!

This hotel was amazing for the value—very clean, the staff is upbeat and friendly. The area around this place is nothing special for sure, a lot of strip malls and some visitors to the hotel that were weirdly angry. Not the hotel’s fault, I think it has more to do with its location near the “university.” We had to drive 20 minutes to get anywhere reasonable. If I could pick this place up and drop it on the other side of town, it would be my number 1 pick. The whole operation was excellent and if you are passing through town, it’s a great deal.

Good Experience but Bathroom Cleanliness Need Help
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful from start to finish. Overall great experience and stay. My only complaint would bathroom cleanliness. The bathtub had not been scrubbed in awhile with orange buildup between tiles and the base of the toliet, floor and under the sink was gross with tons of hair and dirt. Luckily I always bring scrubbing bubbles and clorox wipes with me when I stay at hotels for this very reason. I also wouldnt recommend the ice bucket and cups be kept in the bathroom as there was hair in that as well. I cleaned them and out on top the microwave. Overall experience was good.

First we were there 3 days and room was never cleaned. We went and requested room service but never received it. We had to go get towels. The second day the girl at desk took room info but still room never cleaned. We went to get towels that night when we returned and was told we had to bring dirty towels to get more and that she only had 2 clean towels anyway. I always use this hotel chain but never had this experience.
