Our experience was a complete nightmare. I had reserved a specific suite for the night, as my wife, our elderly dog, and I were coming into town for my wife's sister's wedding. Wanting to confirm everything, I called ahead, and during the call, they asked if I required an ADA room. I informed them that I didn’t. Because of this, Joe told me he was giving our suite away to a Diamond member, leaving us with nowhere to stay. We had driven in from out of town, and if I hadn’t called, we would have shown up to find out last minute that we had no room. Joe made no effort to contact us beforehand. His only offer to "make up" for this situation was free breakfast. I’m still in shock at how poorly this was handled, especially after I explained our situation, the long drive, and the fact that we had our elderly dog with us. Joe showed zero concern and gave our suite away regardless. I'm utterly disappointed. If Joe is a manager at this property, I worry for your business.
