The Hotel is in a nice area, but because of a new building construction going on across the street, it was very noisy. My TV room Netflix was not working, neither the A/C and the drain in the shower. Pool area is small and the pool water was very dirty. Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience.

The hotel is modern, very clean and all the services were well done. The room has a great ocean view and so is the restaurant. I totally recommend this hotel.

Bad Service with great view
This Hotel is weird from the check in to checkout. Starting with front desk location. When I arrived at front desk there were 3 employees talking. Although they saw all our luggage etc, after one or two minutes one of them asked "what I needed"? No good morning, nothing. He started my check in but left the place, after few seconds other guy took over and finish it. He did not gave me any information about the hotel amenities as well as breakfast location, parking etc. I figured it out by my self. "!!GREAT WELCOME!!!" During my stay, they continued without "good morning" or a smile. Pretty unprofessional and rude. The room is very small, the shower has a weird door configuration that only allows skinny person. Even for a 160 pound guys it tight. To be fair I should mention the fantastic view of the ocean. I away stay on the BestWestern close with them, decided to try. Definitively it was a bad try.

Excelente!!! Ficaria semanas lá!!!
O hotel é muito bem localizado. O quarto é amplo e possui armário de bom tamanho, mesa de trabalho com cadeira confortável, uma boa poltrona e a cama confortável também. A TV é excelente, com vários apps de streaming instalados, mas as opções de canais são básicas. O ar condicionado é silencioso e eficiente. O banheiro é de bom tamanho, com um box espaçoso e a ducha bem forte. As toalha são de muito boa qualidade, assim como a roupa de cama. O café da manhã é excepcional e tem uma vista maravilhosa da Pajuçara e da Ponta Verde!!! Os funcionários são muito simpáticos, com destaque para Ariane, Daiane e Humberto. O ponto negativo é a garagem. O acesso ao G1 e ao G2 é por uma rampa muito íngreme e com uma curva de 90º muito apertada no meio do caminho. Há vagas também no SS, onde o acesso é mais fácil, mas com poucas vagas. Em suma, foi uma ótima experiência e voltaria sem dúvida!!!

Não tem manobrista e a garagem é péssima para estacionar e poucas vagas Rato morto no chão do subsolo Café da manhã tumultuado , e pouca variedade com baixa qualidade nos produtos Cama dura e não tinha a parte de cima do lençol , só a colcha para se cobrir Não recomendo esse hotel
