New Is Nice
This hotel must be almost brand new. We had a little trouble getting to the hotel as our GPS seemed a little confused, but it got us close enough to see a sign out by the road and then to see the building (which is set back a ways) from the road. Whoever designed this building had cleanliness in mind. It has a lot of hard surfaces that are easier to clean than carpet. The carpet in the halls looks brand new and looks like it will be easier to maintain than the carpet in most hotels. The room is a nice size. Plug outlets are conveniently located and cords plugged in do not feel like they will fall back out (which is all too often not true of older buildings). The bathroom is well-lit and (again) looks easy to clean. The sink is impressive as is the toilet seat. No corners cut. The cabinet holding the refrigerator does the job, but not that well. It holds the refrigerator and microwave where they are not in plain sight. The cabinet looks a little cheap and the refrigerator tends to want to slide when opening the door. My wife is still asleep, so I can't tell how she feels about the bed. I found the bed and pillows to be very comfortable. The chair is a little on the hard side, but that does not bother me. I am using the desk chair as a footrest, and that works fine. The television has a big screen with a wonderful picture. It appears to be brand new. In my opinion, this hotel is a gem that we will use again if we are staying in the Macon area.

A little different stay
Our room was clean and recently redone, unfortunately some of the furniture looked like ikea put together. Not a typical Radisson hotel. All in all, I would stay there again

My wife and I stayed at this hotel, it was simply horrible, super dirty, there was hair in the bathtub, on the bed linen, the floor was still dirty from the previous reservation.

Cannot believe this has an 8 rating
This place was disgustingly nasty. I do not think a broom or vacuum has touched the halls or bathroom we stayed in for quite some time. I have attached pictures. I meant to go back and take pictures of the sides and bottom of the toilet but got pressed for time and forgot. Also between the refrigerator and wooden barrier. The whole place was NASTY! As a 67 year old single woman who stetched my finances to take my granddaughter to look at a college I feel cheated with the money I spent. The topper no water at breakfast. The dispenser was not working. Could they not have put our a pitcher of water? Totally disappointed.

Just nasty spots on the bathroom floor, which wiped up with my damp towel.
Don't know if this is blood or nail polish but certainly looked like blood.

Very helpful manager; the reservation app was quite useful in booking an additional day, since they were full of hurricane evacuees like myself; the app was faster and more aware of available rooms as they became available than the front desk clerk, who was a bit testy about it, but, again, the manager was very helpful and polite.

The hotel is right off the expressway and has many dining options around it. The hotel did have a breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and friendly. I would stay here again.

Our safe place from Milton
My wife and I were he thanks to Hurrican Milton! We arrived on Monday at noon, one of the first to arrive from Tampa/St. Pete area, soon to be followed by so many, many more. This facility was so welcoming and comforting, they assured us they would meet any and all of our needs! Upon checking in Cynthia, most helpful and answering any concerns we had. Found beautiful haven to occupy during this stressful time. Upon needing to extend stay, Amy came to our rescue by adding 2 more days, per our request. Breakfast room, well stocked and good variety, very personable gentleman manning this. Whole staff, everyone, so understanding and patient with all of us that came out of harms way!!! Highly recommend and cannot thank this establishment enough! Bless them all!
