The staff was helpful but the room itself was dirty upon check in there was roaches in the bathroom and hair in the towels the staff was friendly and helpful the breakfast is okay the juice is watered down and the only good thing was the waffles but its so busy you have to wait for 1 waffle maker 2 minutes per person but the front desk staff was super helpful and friendly

I travel a lot. This was the worst short stay that was shortened more because we couldn’t sleep with all the door banging. My friend and I did not feel safe and the halls smelled like pot. The toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet, there were many stained areas in the carpet in the hallways, the handles on the bathroom were dirty, the entry door to the lobby was sticky/dirty. We arrived just before 9:00 pm and left at 3:45 am because we couldn’t sleep due to safety concerns

The hotel rooms needs renovations and pest control services. There were roaches in the bathroom. I had to experience a couple fighting in the very next room. It was an awful stay

From the outside the hotel looks great but once inside it all looks dirty and run down. The room I was in was terrible, there were roaches, water damage on walls, the shower looks NASTY, walls are chewed on like rats chewed through. It looks dirty but for the price you get what you pay for. Also they charged an extra fee and when asked why they couldn’t tell me why or what it was for so I assume some fraudulent activity had taken place in which I notified them if my money is not back on my account in 2 days which they said it would be, I will be making a police report because no one could tell me why it was taken and what for. The staff was okay but I’ll never book here again unless it’s the last place on earth.

BED COLLAPSED,SUPER SMOKY ROOM
Our bed literally collapsed right under us while trying to rest after traveling hrs from off the road.Breakfast pancakes are so thin you need three to stack to make one.We booked a non-smoking room,however were only told to keep the smoking since its all they had available.This ended in my husband having migraines for the three days we were there.It used to be better we stayed there two yrs prior w no problem.

We told them we’d have two small dogs. The room they put us in was foul to say the least. As soon as you opened the door the smell of dog and cat urine flooded then as you walk in they cover up the smell with febreeze. We asked to change rooms they said they just gave out the last room. My husband comes back with more febreeze I show him a picture of cockroaches on the wall they somehow found us another room an hour after we check in. Then the next morning we go for breakfast and our key doesn’t let us back in they tell us that our credit card declined which I asked why did you give us the room then? Come to find out their machine had a dead battery. I would never recommend this property to anyone.
