Madison visit to family
Hotel was very up to date and clean. Did not like that breakfast was not included, and the purchased breakfast was way over-priced! I asked the housekeeper to change our towels, but she did not.

Beautiful room
The hotel was wonderful very comfortable very clean just beautiful however, even after you pay for your room, they have to charge you a $150 on your credit card which we did not have so we were not going to be able to stay there. After lots of back-and-forth, we finally got to pay cash And everything was fine. I understand the policy, but I don’t know why we couldn’t have just paid cash in the first place since the room was prepaid.

All was good, even though we didn’t use the Pool or Hot tub it was a surprise to see them closed for renovations. It would have been nice if that was disclosed in the advertising. Perhaps we paid a certain price assuming there was a pool when there wasn’t.
