It was okay but in the industrial part of Madison. Breakfast was not much impressive. We went elsewhere for breakfast the next day. It is quiet.

Front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. The bed was super comfy with a lot of soft pillows. We will definitely use MainStay Suites again.

A little trouble checking in- their computer programs were not working correctly but friendly staff. Great rooms for the price- it was a last minute stay and it was perfect rooms and price. Lots of parking and no people “just walking around”.

Very comfortable beds, convenient kitchen in room, good breakfast options, loved having the availability of coin op laundry bbq area. Pool area was very noisy and uncomfortably warm/humid, with signs that the floor surrounding pool needed to be deep cleaned — but our 7y old child sure enjoyed it.

Amazing hotel. Front desk was so friendly, the rooms were clean and it was nice to have a full kitchen. 2nd time staying there and we for sure will be back!

Most was fine. Bathrooms do not have a fan and nothing dried hanging in there—it stays humid. Some rooms have a nice outdoor sitting area accessible by a deadboltes door on your room, and that was a lovely option after a busy day. We had real problems with their Internet on our first couple days, but they moved us to a new room where it was fine; during our stay they added more access points in the hotel to mitigate those problems. Breakfast was mediocre, but we had our own food in our refrigerator, so didn’t need to use theirs.

Clean, but Pool needs renovation
Rooms were clean and comfy. The pool needs some renovation, but it was ok. The bottom of the pool was deteriorating and the water features are calcified and don't work. Also the balls in the pool had been there so long they were disintegrating

Overall, I like this hotel for stay. The breakfast is good, convenient. Breakfast place is clean and neat. Staffs are making sure the equipments, tables and chairs, even trashcans clean. In the room, there is dishwasher, electric stove , microwave and refrigerator. Check-in is smooth. The only thing the customer must remember to bring with you is the toiletries. The hotel only provides 2 small soap for hand wash and shower. And ONE tiny bottle of shampoo&conditioner, 2 IN 1. (Well, the receptionist tells that you can request more if you need. )
