Maintenace lodge No one shows up or fixes
Double charged for carparking. Charged day in and then charged again on day left. When I called up and complained, they identified and confirmed that incorrectly charged but said 2 weeks to get refund. That is unacceptable. They instant charge at check-in, can instant reverse or at minimum next day deposit, no excuses. I stayed there a week, had to lodge many days in a row issues, did not get fixed. There lots of things broken TV unwatchable (TV pixel tube had gone - the screen was a mush of nothing), no plug for kitchen sink to wash dishes and there is no dishwasher, no scrubber sponge for dishes (ask for one, housekeeper never delivered), light bulbs out in bathroom it was dark. Call reception let know issues, no one picks up. Multiple days asking, no one arrives or sorts out, so stopped asking.

The pool area was terrible. Water was cold. They said jacuzzi will get warm once you switched on. I did twice and yet it remained cold... Secondly during booking it was not mentioned for the deposit to be paid. They take heavy 200 deposit and then while check out they said end of the day it will be released. Bad service

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable beds and reasonably priced rooms. Easy access to Westfields shopping centre and train station (Parramatta). I have stayed at the Mantra Parramatta on several occasions and will return.

Blatantly rude employee at Check-In. Air conditioning would not cool room even when set to 18 degrees. Had to keep windows open all night and woken constantly by noise outside. Cutlery and bowls in room were not cleaned properly since last use. Shower water flow and pressure so heavily restricted that it’s difficult to wash shampoo out of your hair. Do not give this hotel your business!
