Please do not assume customers do not have a handicap because they look healthy. I won't go into exact details but an incident happened where a clerk told a customer about people getting accessible rooms and not having a handicap because they didn't look handicapped. Sadly I won't be staying here again and will not recommend when family comes to town either. Facility was fairly clean, ice bucket had some bugs on it etc. I didn't expect perfect so no disappointments. I did however, expect better from the staff to not make such comments.

We opted for the king suite with a jacuzzi in the room but the jacuzzi handle was broken. Thankfully we figured out how to put the handle on and the water turned on. We needed to destress after a long day driving. Bed was ok. Breakfast ok. Probably would not stay here again.
