The price of this hotel is quite high and for that price I would expect good free coffee. The coffee in the room and the lobby was not good. Just splurge a little and buy better coffee. It means a lot and I don’t want to have to leave the hotel to go pay $5 for a cup of coffee somewhere. I never ever ever buy coffee out, but I do need a good cup of coffee so it had to be done. The bed was comfortable and staff helpful. Shower head also not great.

Willie and Dillon (female front desk) from front desk were very helpful. Any time I called, which was needed a couple times, I was always quickly accommodated. I have a severe pine allergy and Dillon was quick to find me an alternative soap. My only issue is that not all fees were made clear and the $30 daily resort fee was a surprise. We're from CA and that's illegal here.

It was all good with one exception. We paid more for a fireplace in our room. We were surprised to find it was a wood burning fireplace and there was no wood or starting materials. Very weird.

The staff was helpful and professional. The grounds and facilities were very good. The room itself seemed under lit. Either another lamp or tepid some overhead lights would be nice. We had a good stay with our grandkids and would definitely stay at the Riverhouse again.

Great resort
The room had 2 queen beds with 2 bunk beds. Great for a family and room was plenty big enough to accommodate all of us. Workers at resort were all very friendly and helpful.

We had a really good time and the staff and amenities are great. The only odd issue we had was the in room coffee machine (Keurig) had mold and dirt in the water container. Which I am glad I saw before using.
