Super hotel stay! In fact it’s cheaper than any surrounding properties in the area! Not sure if I got it at a good price but it was so much cheaper than in Copenhagen. The breakfast spread was fantastic too. Train station is also a very walkable distance away. Grocery store is also near. Possibly able to see northern lights too!

Came to stay for a few days before a conference here. Intended to do some work. The room was so small, you couldn’t sit at the desk. Requested a change but was refused.

Good location, great views from the hotel. Buffet breakfast was ok. Light bulb missing from bedside light. At busy times the lifts were extremely busy and took ages to get to and from our room as the lifts seemed to prioritise taking people to the roof restaurant.

Hotel is centrally located and easy walk from the train station. This made transit to and from airport easy and we did a couple of days trips from here too. Room on floor 10 was very comfortable and very quiet with wonderful views across surrounding area. Room was clean apart from black mould in shower which we requested to have cleaned. Staff were polite but not proactive. For example a heads up at check-in to book restaurant or info on options would have been helpful. Dining options at night were limited on Sunday & Monday with the only open hotel restaurant fully booked and most local options in town closed. Hotel seems to be geared for Corporate bookings - lovely downstairs bar was usually packed with corporate groups and were advised couldn’t access the second restaurant for lunch unless pre-booked corporate client. Breakfast had extensive range of food options, including an omelette bar for orders, and plenty of seating although finishes at 9:30am which is earlier than most hotels. Overall a relaxing stay in a central location.

There was a used electric tootbrush in the shower when I checked in. I reported it to the front desk and was assured it would be removed. It was not and I had to do it. Yuck!!

Central location and really nice looking hotel. The only downside was our room was tiny and warm as the AC didn’t really seem to work. Comfy bed meant a good nights sleep but glad we were there for one night - any more would have been tricky with the room size.
