5 minute walk to Canyon lodge - perfect for hobby enthusiasts. Whether you're mountain biking or here for the pow, you can literally ski or ride home on a fresh day. You have access to your own semi-private room with semi-private bathroom + entire downstairs with kitchen and living room. In addition to garage parking for 1 low clearance car. 14% tax applied to the cost for city purposes.

- Condo is shared with myself and wife (we live upstairs in the loft / visit downstairs sometimes)
- Located 5 mins from the Austria-hof a great German bar / restaurant
- 15 min walk downhill to the village, can take the free bus back if wanted

FYI our Jacuzzi is closed indefinitely

Super cute and cozy air bnb
I absolutely will be staying here whenever I come to mammoth if it's available. With how spacious and cute the room is im sure it is super booked all the time. The hosts were super chill and very hospitable. You have everything u need in your room and all very clean and im the perfect part of town we never had to drive more than 5mins to get to any of the places in town. Thank you so much see you guys again one day.
