This centrally located 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bathroom condo is right on the shuttle route for Summer or Winter! The living area features a large sectional sofa, cozy wood-burning fireplace, 50" flat screen TV, and an open floor plan. The full kitchen is equipped with all the comforts of home and the dining area is perfect for entertaining.

The master bedroom has a King bed and 32" flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a Queen bed also with 32" flat screen TV. The loft is perfect for the kids or single adults and features two sets of bunk beds, one set with two Twin beds, and the other set with a Twin on the Top and Double on the bottom. The loft even has a couch and 32" flat screen TV for additional living space and lounging.

The St. Moritz complex offers an outdoor pool and spa, with a clubhouse complete with ping pong table, pool table and air hockey table (PLEASE NOTE: The Spa is currently out of order). For Summer use, there are even public gas grills throughout the complex with picnic tables for lounging and eating. A perfect Summer or Winter retreat! All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.

This unit sleeps a maximum of 9 people, comes with two outdoor parking spaces, there are 2 levels inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Worst Stay Ever
I will never book with the company again. When you walk in, it smells horrible like mold mixed with never being aired out. The carpet and walls were dirty and gross. The fridge is super old and took 2 days to be cold enough for our food. The downstairs bedroom smelt strongly of mold and the bathroom across the hall had several issues including no cold water from the faucet only scaulding hot and the shower head kept falling off. As you go up the stairs the railing was VERY loose and dangerous. The upstairs bathroom faucet sprayed all over. None of the windows opened properly or all the way which was awful because is was terribly hot all throughout the house. There weren't even any fans let alone an AC. It was 85-90° upstairs which made sleeping impossible. The free Wi-Fi was non-existent. They lied about the free gym access and they wanted $30 per day to go. To top it all off, there were bugs in one of the bunkbeds; so gross.

Nice layout
The condo is in a nice area and the floor plan was perfect for family + friends. The heaters in the downstairs don’t work well. The appliances are all extremely dated.

You get what you pay for
The unit is very basic, it’s old and hasn’t ever been updated. If you are looking for a bed for a night it’s fine but there are probably better units out there.

Summer weekend getaway
This unit is in desperate need of an update!!! Everything is VERY OLD and VERY dingy. The carpet is stained, the couch smells like urine in the corner section, the drinking cups are so old and stained, we didn't even want to use them. The toaster doesn't work, all appliances (including can opener, stove, pans) are probably from the 1960s...no exaggeration. The forks are so bent, they are useless. Can opener wouldn't even open a can because it was so rusty and dull. There is a large crack that goes all the way up the living room wall. The faucets leak. The toilets are very slow to flush. Needs a coat of paint in the worst possible way. The upstairs bedroom with the four beds has no ventilation, no fan, no windows and was very hot. Maybe put a fan in the unit since there is no AC! There are no screens on any windows so you get bugs flying in, but you need windows open because of the heat. VRBO should inspect these units before allowing them to be on their site to meet minimum aesthetic guidelines. Also, we got a citation because the parking pass wasn't the "right" type. We were told to contact the management company to get the proper pass. Since they aren't even on site, we just took our chance that we wouldn't be towed, but it was an added stress for us. I am leaving such a detailed review because when I booked, all I saw were positive reviews, which seems very fishy. Also, there's a review about a balcony and it being on the second floor, and that is inaccurate, which leads me to believe the reviews are untruthful and don't apply to this unit at all.

For the price it’s ok.
Everything is very old. Stained carpet. Marked scuffed walls. Front right burner on stove doesn’t work right. Our key didn’t work for the pool area. Not sure if I missed something with that. Was clean tho. Recommend a coat of paint and new carpeting.
