Ideally situated minutes from downtown and a short walk from the slopes at Canyon Lodge, this stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bath ski home with radiant floor heating throughout is a cozy escape in the heart of Mammoth with easy access to year-round adventure. Hiking and biking trails, picturesque swimming holes and even natural hot springs all a short drive away and Yosemite National Park is accessible in under an hour.

A second-level condo with sweeping views of the Sherwin Mountains, a private balcony, and modern decor, Mountainback #91 is an ideal escape for families or couples looking for a tranquil place to call home after all-day adventures. A spacious living room features two leather sofas, an ottoman, a charming and recently remodeled stone fireplace with wood-burning stove. A large-screen TV and entertainment center invite you to cozy up and enjoy a cup of cocoa.

A familial dining area with six formal seats sits below a minimalist Edison-bulb chandelier. In addition, there are four stools at the kitchen counter. The dining room flows into a fully equipped kitchen with hardwood cabinetry stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, and high-end, stainless steel appliances, including a Cuisinart DC 3200 coffee maker.

Down the hallway is the light-filled primary bedroom, which features a recently updated en-suite bath, flat-screen TV and sliding glass doors that open onto the balcony. Property was very well appointed, clean and perfect for getting to Canyons Lodge. Beds were very comfortable and the heated floor in the master bathroom was a nice surprise! Great property that has been remodeled nicely!!!

It's more outdated than most of the pictures show. But it was clean and had everything that we needed. When we weren't able to get the tv working, someone responded relatively quickly. Although, we were able to figure out without help, eventually.

Happy with this unit!
My husband, two kids, and I enjoyed staying in this unit. Had a modern feel, bed was very comfortable, shower had water pressure, easy parking, close to Canyon, and all that we needed in the kitchen. Will stay again!

Clean, Nice and Easy
Great clean condo, has everything you need and more. Fully stocked kitchen, super easy access to the garage and bus stop (blue/red lines) right out front. Or you can take the short up hill walk to Canyon, which is fairly easy. We enjoyed using the fire and everything about this place. Look forward to staying here again sometime soon.
