This cozy 1 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom condo is great for couples or a large

family. The living room has vaulted ceilings, a large flatscreen TV with DVD

player, WiFi, and even a wood-burning fireplace. The dining room has seating

for 6 with an additional 3 at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all

of the conveniences to cook a nice meal for the family or extra company.



The master bedroom features a queen bed with TV and private vanity sink.

Upstairs in the loft are two additional queen beds with a TV and shared full

bathroom. The living room has a queen sofa bed. All guests receive

complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities

including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga,

pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo is right on the shuttle line

with easy access to the lifts and sleeps a maximum of 8 people.



The condo comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two

parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free

good location but condo requires some upkeep

Condo was located close to free shuttle lines and local Vons. Accommodations were adequate and convenient with community Spa and game room. Condo itself was tired. Upstairs blinds require replacement in bath room and bedroom. Down stairs blinds also require replacement. Upstairs bathroom has No shelving or any place to set toiletries on. Upstairs Shower stall is very very small. The upstairs should have some sort of safety railings to insure children/adults do not fall off loft. Parking was adequate.

Everything too small

Tired and old. Tiny hot water capacity, small bedrooms, loft has low ceiling, small toilets, small kitchen. Poor lighting. Unit is a 1970s condo that may photograph well, but is tired and old. We paid top dollar for this unit, and it didn't come close to a fair value proposition. Worst condo I've rented in Mammoth in over 30 years of renting.
