Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Great location ski in and ski out by main lodge in mammoth. We enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi. And enjoyed dining at Mountainside Grill as well. The housekeepers never listened to our written requests which was disappointing but overall the inn is very conveniently located.

Nice place overall. A little dated. Everyone is nice. Expensive because of the location. The shop/food store is too expensive- don’t appreciate being taken advantage of. 6.50 for a coke??

Outdated, ancient heater would make your night miserable. We paid over $550 a night per room, we got two rooms yet they put us in two separate buildings even though we came as a family. The only good thing about this property is location, perfect for skiing but for the price and conditions not worth it!
