This unit also has a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed with a TV. The second bedroom has a king bed with a TV. The loft has a bunk bed with a full size bottom bunk and a TV and the living room has a sofa sleeper. It offers a private BBQ. The Silver Bear common area has an recreation room to enjoy with a lounge with a Foosball table, fireplace and reading area, as well as showers. There is a year round sauna, covered Jacuzzi, outdoor Jacuzzi, communal gas BBQ grill area and in Summer a small plunge pool and fire pit. Enjoy a heated undergroundparking garage for 1 car (garage clearance is 7' 2") with interior hallways and accessible elevator access to your unit on the 3rd floor. Located on the blue shuttle line. The unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Great Location. OLD everything else!
The location of this unit was great. It cannot be beat. The parking garage and ease of access was great as well. There were a slew of issues with the unit while we were there. We contacted management and they took care of things in a timely management. The owner MUST invest more in this unit. Everything is very old and outdated. There were even VCR’s in the unit. Eek. Investing in this unit and bringing it up to 2023 standards is critical.

Convenient location but the downstairs was always cold and dafty and the upstairs was always way too hot. The gas fireplace was ancient and never lit. Paint peeling off the walls in the living room. Could use some investment from the owners. Otherwise, it was fine.
